Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers in a professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of service areas
  • Handle basic POS and cash transactions (where required)
  • Follow RSA requirements and venue procedures
  • Work efficiently during busy service periods

Essential Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable availability and punctuality

Desirable

  • Experience in restaurants, cafés, pubs, or hotels
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays
